Appeal a ban

Enter the code you were shown when you were removed. It opens the evidence behind your ban, in plain language, and lets you write a reply. The staff of that server decide the appeal — VANTYX only carries it, and cannot lift a ban on their behalf.

There is no box here for a licence, a Steam id or a name, and there never will be. A page that answered “is this identifier banned?” would answer it for anyone who asked, about anyone. If you have lost your code, the server’s own staff can read it from their side.
